How Long Does Delivery Take?
The country we currently sell is only the United States, and you can also buy our products from other channels, such as: Homedepot, Wayfair, Walmart, etc. Usually, after the product have been dispatched, it will take 3-7 working days to deliver. Can I Amend My Order?
We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this you may not be able to make amendments. However, please email us as soon as possible at support@cotlin.top to see if it is possible to amend your order.
Can I Cancel My Order?
If you have placed your order within 24 hours, please email support@cotlin.top and we can cancel your order for you and issue you a full refund. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order after 24 hours as our warehouse will have processed your order.
I Have Entered An Incorrect Address!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please email us ASAP at support@cotlin.top and provide your new address.
What If My Parcel Is Delayed?
In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most delays are caused by various force majeure factors (natural disasters: such as typhoons, hail, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, volcanic eruptions, landslides. Will My Items Come Together?

Do I Need To Pay Custom Fees?
