Here is the tips:

  • In addition, violent operations may have been happening during transportation in the United States recently, the water baffle inside the front panel of the ice maker is at risk of falling during long-distance transportation. Since the sensing element of the ice full switch is on the water baffle, the ice maker will falsely report the ice is full but actually not and stop working if the water baffle is dropped.
  • In such cases, we need the customer to open the machine front panel and reset the water baffle to the right place as the picture show then is perfect condition to use.

How Long Does Delivery Take? 

The country we currently sell is only the United States, and you can also buy our products from other channels, such as: Homedepot, Wayfair, Walmart, etc. Usually, after the product have been dispatched, it will take 3-7 working days to deliver. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please send us an email at at support@cotlin.top or send us a message  and we will get back to you within 1 business day.

Can I Cancel My Order? 

If you have placed your order within 24 hours, please email support@cotlin.top  and we can cancel your order for you and issue you a full refund. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order after 24 hours as our warehouse will have processed your order. 

I Have Entered An Incorrect Address! 

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please email us ASAP at support@cotlin.top and provide your new address. 

What If My Parcel Is Delayed? 

In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most delays are caused by various force majeure factors (natural disasters: such as typhoons, hail, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, volcanic eruptions, landslides. Will My Items Come Together?

Do I Need To Pay Custom Fees? 

You don't need to pay any customs fees, because our packages are sent out for you by our warehouses in the East or West of the United States, and the customs fees are fully borne by us. And our delivery service is also free, if anyone charges you any additional fees, please seriously refuse him.

Can I Return My Order? 

If you would like to return your order, please email to arrange a return. Our refund policy lasts 30 days so please let us know within 30 days of receiving the item, if you would like to return it and we will issue you a full refund so you can shop carefree.
