You grab your favorite drink and head over to the ice maker to fill your glass with ice. It’s not something you think about often, and maybe you’ve never considered it before, but different ice machines offer different ice cube styles.

  • Make sure the water supply is on, as soon as the inner mechanism reaches the proper temperature, the ice maker mechanism will fill the mold with water.
  • The first cubes are maybe small because of the air in the water line. Later cubes will be of standard crescent type size.
  • The approximate time for the first cycle is between 30-40 minutes.
  • Each cycle approximately will take 5 ozs of water so you should have a full tray after 11 hours.

Easy Access Removable Ice Bin

Accessing ice for entertainment is easier than ever not only because of the removable ice bin design but also the smooth sliding rail under the bin. Open the door, you can simply slide it out and scoop out ice for your drinks and parties. Easy cleaning after usage.

The ice storage bin is large enough to store up to 20 lbs of ice and the ice maker also has a freezer function to keep your crescent ice frozen all the time.

Front Vent & Adjustable Feet

The front vent makes it ideal for indoor built-in under-counter or freestanding applications, realizing cooling drinks in the home kitchen, mini bar, custom man cave, den, office, or residential anywhere, even for commercial use. The adjustable height range of the feet is 0.75''-1.38'', which can adapt to most of the undercounter heights in the US, and the ice maker tilts backward for easier magnetic close the door.

Reversible Door

A reversible door increases the flexibility of the ice maker, so that the position of the built-in under counter is no longer limited, you can choose to open the door left or right according to your needs. Before changing the direction of the door, please confirm whether there is enough space for the door to open at 90°.

Tip: the ice maker is delivered to you with the door opening from the left side.

Cutout Dimensions:

  • The cutout dimension is 15.4’’W × 20.5’’D × 34.1’’H, make sure to leave enough space to install and keep ventilation.
  • Before installation, please carefully check the Top view and Side view in the illustration to get a clearer of the reserved gaps around.
  • The product is designed and manufactured for seamless integration in the specified cutout opening shown, which requires precise measurements.
  • The adjustable feet at the bottom measure 0.75''-1.38'', which can make up for the height difference between the ice maker and the counter.
  • The front vent can achieve rapid heat dissipation, making it ideal for outdoor or indoor built-in under counter applications.

How Long Does Delivery Take? 

The country we currently sell is only the United States, and you can also buy our products from other channels, such as: Homedepot, Wayfair, Walmart, etc. Usually, after the product have been dispatched, it will take 3-7 working days to deliver. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please send us an email at at support@cotlin.top or send us a message  and we will get back to you within 1 business day.

Can I Amend My Order? 

We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. Can I Cancel My Order? 

If you have placed your order within 24 hours, please email support@cotlin.top  and we can cancel your order for you and issue you a full refund. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order after 24 hours as our warehouse will have processed your order. 

I Have Entered An Incorrect Address! 

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please email us ASAP at support@cotlin.top and provide your new address. 

What If My Parcel Is Delayed? 

In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most delays are caused by various force majeure factors (natural disasters: such as typhoons, hail, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, volcanic eruptions, landslides. Government actions: such as expropriation, expropriation. Social abnormal events: such as wars, armed conflicts, strikes, riots, riots, etc.) we can’t control. Will My Items Come Together? 

We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. Do I Need To Pay Custom Fees? 

You don't need to pay any customs fees, because our packages are sent out for you by our warehouses in the East or West of the United States, and the customs fees are fully borne by us. And our delivery service is also free, if anyone charges you any additional fees, please seriously refuse him.

Can I Return My Order? 

If you would like to return your order, please email to arrange a return. Our refund policy lasts 30 days so please let us know within 30 days of receiving the item, if you would like to return it and we will issue you a full refund so you can shop carefree.

My Item Arrived Damaged!
